About two years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. My foster kids’ biggest fear, and mine, was the possibility they’d be removed by CAS until I was better. But we are a family - family stays together through thick and thin. The CAS supported us on my road to recovery. The kids jumped right in, with Ben setting a new record for daffodil sales for the Cancer Society. Now you tell me if I’m a mom or a foster mom.
