Foster Care

Some children are unable to reside at home because of family illness, neglect or abuse. For these children, fostering provides temporary, nurturing care as well as opportunities for healthy growth and development.

KHCAS fostering opportunities include:

• Short and long term care;
• Foster parent relief;
• The ability to be a home that specializes in care for infants and babies;
• Teens;
• Developmental delays; and
• School-aged children.
