The Kawartha- Haliburton Children’s Aid Society has a full range of corporate services to support the service direction of the Society. Included in these services would be internal supports such as:

• Financial Reporting and Analysis;
• Human Resource and Labour Management;
• Statistical Analysis;
• Administration; and
• Property Management.

A key component of the corporate service delivery at the Society is a wide array of continuous improvement strategies, tools and techniques. The Society has a Quality Assurance Framework and has developed a strategic link with the National Quality Institute and is currently enrolled in their PEP assessment program.

All staff is encouraged to become familiar with the Quality Assurance principles and process improvement training is provided to internal leaders. In this way the Society maintains a clear focus on outcome measures and efficient and effective processes.
