He brings extensive experience in financial leadership and board governance. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Mikel has over 15 years of experience in senior finance roles, including as CFO of a publicly traded company and, more recently, a high-growth SaaS business. He has worked closely with boards of directors, investors, and executive teams to support strategic planning, financial oversight, and long-term value creation. His background includes managing board processes, overseeing public company reporting, and navigating complex financial and operational decisions. Mikel lives in Millbrook with his wife and two young children.
