On November 19th, the Kawartha-Haliburton Children’s Foundation held its 22nd annual Dream Ball at the Victoria Park Armoury in Lindsay. This was a banner year for the Dream Ball. The Foundation would like to thank its many generous sponsors who donated over $35,000 and to the nearly 100 donors of both live and silent auction items. The combined total raised at both auctions was over $46,000 – incredible! Net proceeds of $85,000 will go towards the Foundation’s 2017 Summer Camp Fund which provides camp experiences to young people in need.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
