Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager – Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for positioning KHCAS as a leader in delivery anti-oppressive and equity informed services to KHCAS service recipients and promoting KHCAS’s commitment to equity informed approaches to child welfare services provided to the community.
The Manager – Equity, Diversity and Inclusion works collaboratively and co-operatively across all departments and functions to ensure the best services are available for children, youth and families and provides direct support to all aspects of the Society’s work.

• Degree in a relevant human services area (ie: social work, equity, human resources) or a combination of education and experiences in the area of equity and diversity.
• Masters preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a leadership position.
• 5 years’ experience equity or other educational and personal qualifications combined with experience that constitutes adequate and suitable preparation for the position.
• Proof of Covid 19 vaccination
