Therapeutic Family Care

What is Therapeutic Family Care Program (TFC)?

TFC offers clinical support to children, youth and families involved with the Child Welfare System. Our referrals come from one of our 3 sponsoring Societies; Durham Children's Aid Society, Highland Shores Children's Aid, Kawartha-Haliburton Children's Aid Society. Families referred to our program will be connected with a Clinical Case Consultant who will meet with you in your home, establish family centered goals and work collaboratively with you, your family and Society worker. TFC works with all types of families including foster, adoptive, kin or biological.
