Description

The Child & Family Support Worker is responsible for providing supportive services to assist Child Welfare Workers through the provision of child welfare services. This includes, but is not limited to, supervised access, one-to-one support to children and their family as well as parent education.

Qualifications

• Social Service Worker Diploma or Child & Youth Worker (two-year diploma) or equivalent combination of formal education and 2 years of experience in Child Welfare.
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
