Kawartha-Haliburton Children’s Aid Society is proud to announce their participation in the 2019 Peterborough Pride Parade at Millennium Park and will continue to advance its support to the 2SLGBTQ+ community by participating in future PRIDE celebrations. Children and youth who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ face distinct challenges associated with their gender identity or sexual orientation. We are allies to children and youth who identify as 2SLGBTQ+ and support the encouragement of safe spaces for all young people who need services and supports from our agency.
