The Kawartha-Haliburton Children’s Aid Society is located in the picturesque Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton regions, only ninety minutes east of Toronto and have three offices located in Peterborough, Lindsay and Haliburton.  We believe that all children have the right to a safe, secure and nurturing environment that will promote their optimum growth and development within their families and communities.
