Memorandum of Understanding with Nogojiwanong Friendship Centre

A joint service protocol between Kawartha-Haliburton Children’s Aid Society and Nogojiwanong Friendship Centre was implemented to ensure a coordinated, culturally sensitive, and child-focused approach to work with urban Indigenous children and families. Through a collaborative approach to service delivery, both agencies must ensure that urban Indigenous families and children involved with child welfare receive services tailored to their needs as urban Indigenous people.

Visit the Nogojiwanong Friendship Centre website for more information.
