Description

As part of the Resource team this position is responsible for carrying out a variety of activities to ensure the adequacy of placement resources for children in kin service placements. These activities include family finding, completing the kin service initial and comprehensive assessment and supervision of kin service files. This position collaborates with the protection worker, children and youth services worker, kin service families to ensure the highest standard of care for children.

$71,361 to $88,433

Qualifications

EDUCATION
• BSW / MSW; or
• Bachelor Degree (with such courses as psychology, sociology, child development, family studies etc.) and Social Services Worker Diploma in combination with related experience.
• Also required to hold a valid Ontario driver’s license and have use of a vehicle insured to $1 million PL/PD, business usage
