National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

This week on September 30th, we brought together staff from across our three KHCAS locations to learn and reflect in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Together, we explored findings from the First Nations Ontario Incidence Study (FN-OIS, 2023) and had important conversations about what those findings mean for the children, youth and families we serve and for our own responsibilities as an organization.

This was also the first staff engagement sessions to help shape our next strategic plan, giving us an opportunity to reflect on where we are and our future.
