Kawartha-Haliburton Children’s Aid is implementing the Child Protection Information Network, CPIN, on April 18th. As a result, on April 18 and 19, we will be providing only essential services. We will continue to respond to reported child safety concerns 24/7. You can expect delays in responding to non-urgent issues.
